Hi -

I had been using DVD X Copy Express with no troubles.

I was able to purchase DVD Extreme for a low price, being told I could use DVD X Copy Express RF to backup DVDs with menus, etc.

My install went fine, but every DVD I try and test gives me a UnableReadDVD error?

Was I ripped off by buying DVD X Copy Express RF? Or is there something I am missing?

Do you mean DVD Xtreme? (IMO) Yes, because you should have just got DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter (both free).

You get this on every dvd? Are you sure it's not an CSS Encryption error? Can you post a log?

You should see if you can rip the disc with DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter.
