V.10 PS2 CD/DVD Loader Problems

Ok I'm fairly new to this but I made a CD LoaderV.7 disk for my brothers V.4 PS2 and it works fine, but when I made a V.7all disk for my V.10 PS2 it won't boot.
So I tried DVD Loader and it won't boot either.
Does it not work with V.10?
Please help I don't have much more hair left to pull out!!!

After reading another thread I decided to download DVD Loader V.7 again and try burning it with DVD Decryptor. After using winrar I end up with these files,

So I try to pick dummy bin in DVD Decryptor and it says it's an unsupported file format.

Ok I figured out second part of my question
STUPID me I was using winrar twice bec ause the Iso had a Winrar icon.

Dont feel stupid I just did the same thing and now my soul caliber 2 and hot shots golf fore work great!

Well I got DVD Loader to work But I still can't play Splinter Cell Pandora tomorrow, I get it to work right up till i try to play (single player)
