I had to reformat my HD and now I can't activate my version of DVD X Platinum because 321 studio is no longer giving tec support, so if vthere anyone out there that can help with this problem.

When was the last time you activated the product? Also make sure you disable any firewall or antivirus programs. It also helps if your time/date format is mm/dd/yyyy
