Im using the latest version of TMPG encoder & keep getting a cant load P4 Package.dll I have a AVI file that I created and need to know how to get it on a dvd. Is there any other way I can do this??

You get the "Can"t load P4 Package.dll" error message when you do not have all of the TMPGEnc files in the same Folder...You can not have the Files sitting on your Desktop and you can"t have the main EXE on your desktop as a Shortcut....
