Can anyone tell me how to conect to vcrs to record a movie from one recorded tape to another.

connect a scart lead from the output connection (if any) on the vcr your playing from. Connect it to the input connection of the vcr your recording with. You should be able to find the channel appropriate using your remote control. Simple press record on the second vcr when you start playing off the first
