While using TMPGEnc,

I followed the guide and what not except, i did Motion Estimate Search instead of highest quality, otherwise exactly what the guide said,

But I got an error saying "Invalid Pointer Operation,"

What could that mean?

When I try playing the file, i get perfect sound but no video.
