My modded ps2 had a huge buzzing noise whenever I turned it on. So I opened it up and cleaned the laser with alchohol and a q-tip, but now NO POWER goes to it.

What's going on?

I'm going to take an educated guess and say the PS2 is broked.

Okay. I fixed the ribbon and the power works.

But it still emits a huge buzzing noise whenever I start it up. Why is it buzzing?
