how do i upload files onto winmx?

i no that it is possible to upload files onto winmx, but i do not know how. I would appreciate any help to do this seen as i want to upload files onto winmx (eg. music files). thanks

You dont upload files to WinMX, when you configure it you simply select your folder to share with other user's and put any files you wish to share into that folder.
