whats a good "quick" mpeg encoder?
where can i get it and what should i put the settings on for a svcd if anyone can help?

If you want Fast then the "MainConcept Encoder" is probably one of the Fastest and it is a Very High Quality encoder...
There are a few really Fast ones Like WinAVI concerter" but it doesn"t have very many options and doesn"t produce very good quality compared to other encoders....
