Ripped and burned DVDs won't copy using Toast

Using the newest version of toast I've found that making a DVD to DVD copy of an already ripped DVD, that is trying to copy a burned DVD-R won't work. The DVD-Rs will play on my stand alone player, but in none of my three computers (all different drives). Any suggestions?
