Video Audio Capture from Sony TRV380 via TV CARD

Hi,
Can any one please tell me how to capture video and audio from a sony trv380 camcorder. the TV tuner card has following plugs.
1.) 4 pin S-video
2.) Audio out
3.) RCA input.
4.) remote input
5.) TV input.

so Can you please provide me with the details like what all cables do i need to connect my sony trv380 to this card so that i am able to capture the video and audio simulatneously and save it in MPEG or AVI file.
