Anyway to get 100% dump of a GC disk?

ive been messing around with some .gcm burning them to see if they will boot on the cube..well ive tryed burnin to a few diff media's and it cant read from cd-r or dvd-rw but dvd-r it can.

from what ive seen the cube reads on the very far inside 1st,then outter middle,then middle,iner middle and if what ever its looking for it finds it goes to the far out side and the game loads..well with cdr and dvdrw's it reads them for 1sec then stops but with dvd-r's it goes thur all of this but stops after the 4th read(iner middle)and i think this is becouse i dont have all the files and or they arent at the right spots..

so ive tryed burning a .GCM file with nero and no luck,and when i try to read that disk in windows the dvdr shows it has nothing on it(like its blank,had this happen alot with DC games means you didnt burn the file right)

then i tryed useing GC-Tool to get all the files from the GCM and burn them that way,but when i extract from a 1.4gig GCM i get all the files but they are only 240mb.so what i would like to know if there is any way to get 100% of the files from a GC disk(even if they are junk) so i can see what the GC does then?
