DVD X COPY Platinum giving DVD write error...

Sir,
I am using the Platinum, it is working fine.
All of a sudden it is giving "DVD write error, Look for Log file." the moment I click START button after inserting DVD +/- R blank discs, log file do not show any error after the log like removed the disk-inserted blank media.
Using TDK dvd +-R(W) burner (Model indiDVDW0404N).
Using pro/Home SP1
Checked with TDK H/W support nothing wrong with H/W.

As mentioned by Mr.Moderator in other thread updated computer with 'working aspi layer'. Still getting the same error.
I am using the version 3.2.1
Any update on this?
