HELP me please i have been researching how to fix this all day but it still dont work. I have bt broadband 512kbps, yet my download speeds on bit tornado are never more than 10.Im pretty certain i have opened the right ports and have turned windows xp firewall off. I have no other firewall.

Yeah. I changed to azureus and changed some of the settings of my uploads, and now im gettin a speed of around 15-25, sumtimes i get around 30. I still dont think this is my max dl speed tho, any ideas?
