i got one video file 6GB about 2 hours long. How could i compress it and burn to DVD?

Hmmmm, I'm not familiar with using the capture cards but LeadTek's website had this to say:

Capture format profile:Support friendly setting for MPEG-1/MPEG-2/MPEG-4/WMV/VCD/DVD video
Do you remember setting it to use one of those formats?
