DVD from AVI not a bit better and has very small size

i used TmpgEnc to conver AVI to DVD and the new video is 53min and it should be 82min, but it seems that the whole movie is here its just strached to 53 min. i dont know what i did wrong i just did the same thing i allways do and other videos are fine.

another thing is that i wanted the file to be 98%(4.3GB) of the DVD-R but its 2.9GB and the audio is 300MB. video is not even a bit better than the original AVI

Any ideas you advanced users out there?
