Green subtitles! HELP! plz

Hi i read the guide about avi,Xvid,Divx to dvd i used this to get selectable subs in a movie everything went fine until i added the subtitles after ifoedit finishes i play the dvd and the subs display totally green (background and subs itself) I checked if i did the gloabal settings with srt2sub oke but they are just like how they are supposed to be!

anyone who knows how to fix this? plz tell me if you can help me.

Hiya cuberob, and welcome..

A little bit of advice:
MOST (not all) questions have already been answered at one time or another on this forum, as has the question you have posed here.

If you use the search function (somewhere top-right of every forum page) and look for the string GREEN SUBTITLES you would get this thread:
