Please reply ASAP,
Okay, I just lost $160 dollars worth of PS2 games, now I'm mad. All my games got major bad scratches. My friend has a PC but not a Macintosh. He has the software to backup his games but the software won't work on my Mac...OF COURSE! Then he wants to charge me a fee for him to backup my games. What a Punk. Any ways is there a software for Mac user to backup games for there PS2. And where I have to get it. Please help!! I'm tired of wasteing my money...PS2 is my hobbie.. Please respond As Soon As Possible. I'm new on this site.

i'm not 100% on this as i don't own a mac but beleive you can use the program toast to backup ps2 games on a mac, just remember that you need a modded ps2 to play your backups

I strongly reccomend the slide card because it is cheap and works very very well. Its about 30 bucks, serach slide card and swap magic disks to find out more info.
Pentium 4 2.8GHZ HT
512 MB RAM
120 GB hard drive
Sony DRU510A DVD Burner (works GREAT for backing up)
Geforce FX 5200 AGP 8X
No coasters so far
Version 4 ps2
Swap magic w/slide card

ok Use Roxio Toast 6
2. GO into the Copy tab
3. on the left put it to CD/DVD Copy
4. Press record
Thats it.
Ok if your into the japanese or euro games then get it moded (Matrix Infinity).
if you just want your American Games its better if you get Hd loader and a hard drive.

okay, what if I don't want to mod my PS2. I don't really like to buy stuff off the Internet, could I still play my burn disk. I know my friend has a PC and has Clone DVD and he could burn his games, but he dosn't have a upgraded PS2 and his burn game work without mods.
