I am struggling to get hold of a genuine BIOS for my Xecuter 2.3 lite. Can anyone help?

I am looking for BIOS to replace cromwell. I have successfully installed the Xecuter 2.3 lite chip (as the message on the screen is to insert disc for flashing and the tray opens). So if someone can please send me over the BIOS file needed, it will be great!

Also i have a Philips Drive. Will it take a TDK CDR or not?
