Why when I play my original Socom 2 with my console (without set modchip into sleepmode) It fails the dnas check. And When I play my patched Socom 2 (without set modchip into sleep mode)it won't fail?????

Does this means that the disk id utility's patch more than only ID????

no, it only patches it id, but for some reason it works that way.
