Im using MainConcept encoder to encode my avi files to dvd but i live in the uk and i need to change the fps for some of the movies like The Girl Next Door is 23.976fps NTSC and i need to convert it to 25.00fps PAL cos my dvd player only plays PAL Movies...

So i need a guide to use AVISynth to convert NTSC to PAL.
