Back up multiple DVD's onto one disc

Can anyone suggest a very simple program so that I can put two or maybe three DVD's onto one disc. I am currently using DVD shrink and Nero.
To back up the DVD's one per disc I have used DVD shrink to decode the film and make a vidio ts folder.

you can use TMPGEnc DVD Author, if you search for "insert a menu" in the search bar up the top you (hopefully) should see the help i got, good luck
