Hi there,

I'm asking here because I don't find anywhere:
How do I calculate seconds for a given amount of frames (or chapter point) in an MPEG file for 29.97 fps non-drop frame rate?

I thought I just have to divide the frame count by 29.97 but I've found a calculator online recently that differs about up to 3 cents in time. So what's wrong with it?

Cheers, Konran
