What is the quickest and easiest way to split a 1.5 GB avi file?

I have an avi file that is 1.5 GB in size and 1:08:00 long that I created with Camtasia Studio doing a screen cam tutorial. What is the quickest and easiest way to split this into about 20 smaller more manageable avi files of equal proportion, so that I can compress them into wmf files and make them available for download?
