Problems with RS:Outbreak... Anyone else?

Hi,

I made a backup of Resident Evil: Outbreak and unlike all the other backups I have (all burned with dvddecryptor @ 1x speed)the movies seem to skip when playing and when i press start (in game), the menu takes several seconds to appear.

I was wondering if anyone else is having similar problems.
