when my xbox is switched on the light flashes red and green and the screen stays black, if the chip is switched off the xbox boots up no problem. can anyone help please

This means that your xbox is fragging.Make sure your chip is installed correctly.What chip do you have?

i have the exuctuer 2 chip, i check all the conections and they where fine, i think it has something to do with the bios, is there anyway i can re-flash the bois without a programmer??
