If you have bit torrent, you can download from here
http://www.suprnova.org
It's 133MB and should fit onto a cd or DVD if you want.

get a rar extracter and extract them, I believe that torrent will give you a .bin and .cue file.

The problem is that when I extract the first file it creates a folder with the bin and cue files. Then, when I try to extract the second or any other rar file, it ask me to overwrite the files previously extracted since the files of the other rar parts have the same name. And I am asking which of the rar files is the good one because the download has rar part 1, 2, 3 etc.

.rar can be split up like that, and when you extract the first one it automaticaly extracts the others. By extracting the first one you've extracted all of them. Just burn the .bin and .cue files

Okay but now I just learned that I need an original copy to go disc-less. I do have an original HDadvance is it there a detailed guide to go disc-less with HDadvance usin a non mod ps2, a hard drive, a network adapter and a memory card? or what do I need to add to go disc-less. I have a 3 and a 6 yr old kids and they make sure the discs get scratched or broken. I need to go disc-less.

There's no way to go completely disk-less. What you can do is use the MC exploit, but here you need a way to boot backups, and you still need a PS1 disk in the drive. If it's just scratching disk your worried about HDAdvance should be just fine, you never need to take it out once the games are loaded on the HD.

Do you have any source where I can get the MCExploit? I would like to try that. Is it okay if I order swap magic? and use it as a boot system and then just use my old psx original games to boot 'cause believe me when I am not around they do have taken the disc out, specially the 3yrs he is extremely curious. I rather have them scratch a cheap psx game than my original HDadvance.

I think you have to swapmagic or some other disc swapping method because the ps2 won't recognize your burnt cd-r as a ps1 or ps2 game. Hd Loader/Advance are pressed over the game Crazy Taxi.
If you're really worried about you disc, go here

So this is why crazy taxi would not work for HDADVANCE?

Don't know. Don't care. That game is ancient and wouldn't really benifit from shorter load times really.

Well dlocke, I really appreciate your help but guess what- I went ahead and bought the D-SKIN and they are a J O K E !!!! There is no way they will survive me so lets not even dream about surviving my 3yr old li'l devil. They are nothing but celophane circles with a plastic border that allow them to be attached to a cd. I believe that the breaktrhoug is that science found a material that can allow the cd/dvd player laser to read throug, but protecting the cd is a different story. Those skins should find a way to proctect themself first and then start thinking about proctecting something else. They are nothing but a SCAM and be glad that I fell in to the mud hole first for the benefit of othters. DO NOT BUY IT!!! Period.

NO. Buy a Fliptop with Swapdisk. It is well worth the $50, and simple to install. Good luck!

Why is your 3 yr old playing with your discs anyway? They seem to work fine for me so far. I hope you didn't but the 20 pack. 5 is plenty for me as I'm mostly concerned about this one disc since it gets so much use. Oh, and by the way its spelled: through not throug.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Toddlers are usually like that, you will understand when you have one. The playstation belongs to him and he loves playing with it. Actually he is almost four and he loves playing, specially nemo. One time he got into my Pink Floyd Original Collection and scratch them all against the wall. At that age anything handy is a toy for them. Oh, and by the way its spelled: buy not but.

My 9 month old gets into things but I don't think I'll allow her to play ps2 until she's 6 or even then only under supervision. Maybe I'll bust out the the n64 with those sturdy cartriges for her to play with.
And by the way, you spelled through wrong twice (breakthroug, throug). I simply put the wrong word, but who's counting.
