Help on refreshing TOC

I have been reading around the form and have been told to "Refresh the TOC" many times. I have no idea how to refresh the TOC. BTW, I'm trying to run Star Ocean 3, and refreshing my TOC seams to be the only way to get it to work. Thanx!

I'm using swap magic, and despite claims, it is NOT at TOC issue.

I thought so, and wasted a lot of time looking for loaders and crap.

I finally got a backup to work by using different media and DVD decryptor to burn the image.

The media that worked for me was weird... DVD+RW Imation.

(I could only presume that Imation DVD+R would have worked, but I didn't have any)

I'd suggest trying a slow burn with various media.

The Richotec DVD's I normally use have about a 90% success rate, but occassionally, a game won't work. I'm pretty sure now (after quite a few coaters at a buck a pop) that different branded media gives different results... I'm going to switch to Imation for awhile and see if that helps.
