Been using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink with no problems until my DVD drive gave up last week. Have now installed a new one and it SAYS that I am backing up but they eithr don't play at all and/or when I check the discs are blank. I'm doing nothing differently and I'm sure I'm just being thick! Please help!

Oh please guys this is mad! Have now tried downloading Ripper and trying with that, but it's not working. Only have Xbox to play back on, but it's all worked fine in the past. Have changed media to Ritek and writing speed to 2. Still not working. Come on guys... help me please!

More info would be useful - system specs, burner type, DVD Rom type, any error messages etc. Xbox not a reliable playback machine - have you tried on proper standalone?
