ftp to ps2 assistance

apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but couldn't find it...

essentially, am able to copnnect via ftp to ps2 ok - using faplink 0.87.1 no problems - however it will only work with games less than 2Gb.

i can connect to ps2 (using an ftp client - WSFTP as it happens on pc, and execftp on ps2) - how do i move games across without using faplink

essentially i see 3 folders on the ps2 - hdd, mc & pfs.
within the hdd directory, under the '0' folder there are all the games i have on the ps2 hdd in the format PP.HDL.gamexxxxxxx

question is - how do i get the games from pc across?

any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
