ISO image to MPEG or AVI FILE

I was wondering if there is a way to convert a ISO file into a MPEG or AVI file ? I hear winISO could be a way - anyone know of a trail version of something similiar to winISO

What format of video is in this ISO, DVD, VCD, SVCD...?

Try DaemonTools as a virtual drive to mount the ISO. Then convert the existing videofile on the ISO image with a conversion program such as TMPGEnc or WinAVI. What program to use depends on the original video file on the ISO image. As Yuppix said, what is the ISO video file format?
