MPEG-4 captured NTSC TV video using an ATI 9700 Pro board and MMC 9.02 in Home Theater Mode, while playable on a PC with MS Mediaplayer or PowerDvD, does not play in the DVP-642/17. The filename is shown with an MPEG-4 logo, "LOADING INDEX ..." is displayed and then with a black TV screen the time counter on the player jumps forward by several seconds at a time until the end of the file is reached. Has anyone managed to capture 29.97 fps DivX video with an ATI card that can be played by the Philips player?
