Has anybody tried burning g04's at 2x to solve freezing problems on standalone players? My first 25 pack burned excellent at 4x but this 50 pack about every 2 out of three freeze. I'm burning ricohjpn's at 8x with absolutely no problems. I read somewhere that g04's don't like to be burned at 2x. I know kind of a newbee question but I still have about 25 of the g04's left and really don't want to trash em. Thanks. Btw they are branded ritek ridata's.

Mort81,
You can burn them at 2X but I would let the manuf.and the place you purchased them know of the problems you are having. I have no problems w/ the RiData's at either speed
