Backing up a DUAL layer disk: For Windows 98 users

A couple of people have had problems backing up DVD9s on Windows 98se. I have done some research and found the following reasons for the problem.

If you have a drive formatted with FAT32 & you have Windows 98 - you can have a drive size of up to 120Gb. However you cannot have a file size larger than 4Gb. If you try and create one that is larger than 4Gb you will get an error. If you use DVD Decrypter to extract an iso image you will get 2 files instead of 1 large iso image.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
