What Software Am I Missing?

Ok so my first film I have downloaded from the net is sitting there in 11 file parts

7 Vob files

Video_TS
VTS_01_0
VTS_01_1
VTS_01_2
VTS_01_3
VTS_01_4
VTS_01_5

2 BUP files

VIDEO_TS.BUP
VTS_01_0.BUP

And 2 IFO files

VIDEO_TS.IFO
VTS_01_0.IFO

and thats it, the files will not play as one complete movie,so can anyone tell me how I play this (total 4.5gb) set of files as one film? I bought PowerDVD but it just plays each Vob file seperately and any hints on how I can burn all the necessary files to one DVD? I just purchased Nero suite, what files will it need to create one complete film?
