Okay I'm really new to making DVDs, so please be gentle. I've been trying to use dvdSanta to convert my avi & xvid files to DVD format and it does go through and convert it and saves it to that Video folder. The problem is that when I try to add chapters or something in Nero, when I pull up the file for playback, all I see is a green screen with the audio playing in the back.

I also tried just burning it with dvdSanta, but even though it says it's successfully converted the files, I get an error message saying it can't burn it. The thing is when I use Nero to convert and burn my avi files to DVD, it works fine (I haven't burnt a coaster yet). Any ideas why it won't work or what I'm doing wrong?
