i had a problem copyinga shaun of the dead even using my cdrwriter\dvd to read it was geting 20percent into analysis then read errors or cyclic redundancy errors.
even dvd rescue couldent access it program hung. but then thanks to these forumns i remembered my external writer might read it better, it did got me into dvd rescue pressed rescue movie and it worked and only took up 1.5 gig on my hd. so thanks to the forum and anyone else in a similar position hope it helps. but im new to dvd x rescue is there a guide on the forums
i will read the manual but members insights are always useful

also films are coming out on dvd with 2 films on them or three is it possible to back these up using decrypter\shrink or is it just a trade off in quality
