Hi I am new to the dvd backup world. I have been using both dvd shrink and decrypter for awhile and have had no problems burning anything. I have recently downloaded both newer versions. I had no trouble at that time either. I have just installed the XP service pack 2, and thats when I started having trouble. When i use shrink with decrypter i get a mes. saying I/O error. then incorrect path. with my nero 6, I get writing leadin then a no communication. can anyone help me?
