I AM LOOKING TO BUY THIS UNIT SINCE I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE PHILIPS 727 I HAVE USED TO PLAY REGION 2PAL/SECAM DVDS ON MY NTSC TV THANKS TO ITS 8MB BUFFER MEMORY.ANY ONE KNOWS HOW MUCH BUFFER MEMORY THE 642/17 HAS?AFTER TRYING A SAMPO WITH LESS BUFFER THAT KEPT FREEZING UP DOING THE CONVERSION FROM PAL TO NTSC I AM LEERY OF UNITS HAVING LESS THAN 8MB BUFFER.IDEAS?
