Hey,
I'm really new in this topic and i've been having so many problems, i haven´t been able to do anything.
I got a Pinnacle 9 usb moviebox which was supose to be "easy to use". I installed the software, then upgrade it and install all patches. I connect the vhs with the rca cable as the manual shows and still i can´t capture the movie. When i go in pinnacle to capture, in the source part the only thing listed is videocamera (which is not installed). I´ve tryed everything. The last thing i tryed was to capture from tools/amcapture and the error is: "ERROR 80004005 cannot create video capture filter"
I don´t know if it´s a hardware problem (shouldn´t be) so i was thinking about software problem. does anyone know a vhs capture software that i can use with this moviebox) i´ve installed and unistalled pinnacle several times. I got confused with all patches, it´s kind of messy for begginers atleast.
About computer, i have a new sony vaio laptop. the K series with top features so it shouldn´t be the computer.
i hope someone can help me...!
