Burning MPEG to DVD

Hello,
I have figured out how to change my video files from BIN to MPEG thanks to this site, now I am having trouble burning them to a DVD or CDR.. Truth be known I would love to combine the 2 MPEG files I have for this movie into one large one I can burn to a DVD-R disk. I am doing nothing but making coasters at the present time... Can someone point me towards the right (free) program I can use to successfully burn my MPEG's to my CDR's or DVD-R's so that I can watch them in my DVD Player?
