Trouble splitting mpegs with Dvtool

Whenever I split an mpeg file with DVtool, the first half is perfect, but the second one ALWAYS has a problem. As soon as I try to play it, i see green digital squares on the screen and then it just freezes. I would think it is a corrupted file, but it happen on every file I split. This didnt always happen either, DVtool used to make perfect halves for me. Thanks

DV Tool has a habbit of Cutting Files without re-writeing the header which Makes them basicly corrupt files...
Tmpgenc Just released a Video editor that is Frame accurate so maybe check out that for Cutting Mpeg files...
