i have been having this problem for acouple of weeks now on & off.i use dvd shrink and dvd decrypter. dvd shrink works fine.i have done at least 100 movies with no problems until now. in the middle of burning with dvd decrypter i get an error and can not finish burning. the message is:

that is the complete error message. i have called hp and they have said try differnt brands of dvd. i have i mainly use ritek & ridata but also use fuji sometimes. i get the same error over and over on all 3 brands.the problem is on & off, like yesterday i did 3 movies fine but after that all coasters. i would say 2 out 5 movies will come out fine. hp has also told me to do a total system recovery. i did it 2 days ago. i have done 4 movies fine. but now the errors are popping up again. im writing this to see if someone can help me before i go back to hp.

I get the same f&*king error but I only use DVD Decryptor for decrypting. I burn later with Nero. So, my only point is that I get the same error during decrypting and not burning.

It doesn't happen with all discs. Perhaps those that just come from the factory with corrupt data as the moderator has suggested.
