I/O Overlap ???

DVD Shrink is awesome, i have used it to burn over 50 dvd's. But here and there I get an "Overlap I/O error encountered"...what the heck does it mean?
I ripped "Bringing Down The House" onto a Multipoint DVD-R 4x disc media and it works perfect. Now when i try to backup this dvd, i get an "Overlap I/O error"...its happened before. Whats it mean and is it fixable?
