How to copy DVDRIP to CD-R/W

Im new in the field and i wonder how can i copy my DVDrip file to CD-R/W. The file is 815M, should i use special CD-R/W ?
My CD-R/W are 800M, Should i buy higher M ?
Im using Nero Express, is that OK?

To my knowledge there are no CD-RW with a higher capacity then what you have (700MB/80 minutes) -- and dont forget that formatting a CD-RW will take almost 12% of that space. Why not use a DVD-RW ?
