I am attempting to create a VCD and/or SVCD using TMPGEnc for encoding the MPEG1 & MPEG2 and Nero to burn the VCD. After burning the disc, I test it out on my DVD player, on which it works. However, for some reason, after the first playing of the segments, I try watching it again, and it gets real flakey...pixelating, jerking, and skipping. Any ideas on how to avoid this. Also, how does one create a "selection menu" on a SVCD. I have seen it done, but for some reason, I cannot recreate it. Any help would be appreciated.....Thanks.
