Okay just recently purchased a solderless xchip. The hardware installation went fine. Confirmed it was working up by the red led being lit on the chip. Software/usb drivers installed with no errors.

Using the software that came with the chip i backed up my current bios and used the bios that came with it for flashing. Cromwell 1.0. I can communciate with the chip and it shows that the flashing did actually occur.

But when i power on the xbox i get the regular xbox bios that loads the dashboard. Not the mod chip bios that should be kicking in. Any suggestions?
