Picture clipped when played back in Ulead DVD workshop2

Hi everyone, I use Ulead DVD workshop 2 and it burns the DVD fine. When I play it back on the PC, its fine. When you play the DVD in a stand alone unit, the pictur is clipped round all sides. I have changed settings in TV, DVD player, Programme and anerything else including screen size.

Can enyone help????
