which ps2 versions are able to read these?

*dvd-r
*dvd-rw
*dvd+r
*dvd+rw

i've been reading around looking for an answer but then some posts seem to conflict about the answer to this question.

all read -r.
your really lucky if 1-3 read +r, so don't count on it
some v4 and everything from 5+ read +r
some 9 and 10 read +rw -rw. Your lucky if any other version reads them.

yup my version 10 is one of the unlucky ones that wont read DVD+RW, but it reads DVD+R fine. not sure about -R though cause i have never tried it but im sure it works.
