VOB Files need Compression

Need tremendous help to compress lots of VOB files in my Video_TS folder created from links in DVD-Lab.
I have DV-5 media and I'd like o fit these VOB files onto a regular DVD-R.
Please tell me how to compress with a step-by-step guide these VOB files so I can burn to DVDs

Have you tried a transcoder such as DVD Shrink? If not it's free and you can download it here at AD.
